The expression going with the flow is a metaphor that applies to navigating a river. When we go with the flow, we follow the current of the river rather than push against it. People who go with the flow may be interpreted as lazy or passive, but to truly go with the flow requires awareness, presence, and the ability to blend one's own energy with the prevailing energy. Going with the flow doesn't mean we toss our oars into the water and kick back in the boat, hoping for the best. Going with the flow means we let go of our individual agenda and notice the play of energy all around us. We tap into that energy and flow with it, which gets us going where we need to go a whole lot faster than resistance will.
Going with the flow doesn't mean that we don't know where we're going; it means that we are open to multiple ways of getting there. We are also open to changing our destination, clinging more to the essence of our goal than to the particulars. We acknowledge that letting go and modifying our plans is part of the process. Going with the flow means that we are aware of an energy that is larger than our small selves and we are open to working with it, not against it.
Many of us are afraid of going with the flow because we don't trust that we will get where we want to go if we do. This causes us to cling to plans that aren't working, stick to routes that are obstructed, and obsess over relationships that aren't fulfilling. When you find yourself stuck in these kinds of patterns, do yourself a favor and open to the flow of what is rather than resisting it. Trust that the big river of your life has a plan for you and let it carry you onward. Throw overboard those things that are weighing you down. Be open to revising your maps. Take a deep breath and move into the current.

Print out the "Circle Lead Chart" for each lead
Write in your lead in the center
Write in any insights or gut feelings you have surrounding each lead dircetly in the ripples around it. Eventually as you make direct contact with this lead you will then write into the circle the property address in need of listing or if your lead is a buyer a time frame for purchase, or/and perhaps the facts of their desires to buy themselves or a family member.
The point of this lesson is truly to embody the feeling of having cultivated a lead or leads and making them stick. Really feeling the success happening to you.
Write the source of those leads and add them to your Roots chart as a referring source for future cultivation & harvesting ( see chart in Roots course)

What makes you the most nervous about allowing your next level of success in?
it is important to simply be our own observer of how far we allow ourselves to go before we meet with our own resistance. As we know ourselves we can better relate to our buyers and sellers. REmembering that Moving brings up much resistance for them and addressing our own creates a deeper ability for our customers to sense and feel trust in us as if we have been there too.
Do you give enough energy to referring sources?
Use the pamphlet for each source that referrs to you. These are the people, places, and things you ought to keep a more heart felt allignment with. They obviously see you as a professional with character that they desire to assist in your success. In marketing we call these individuals "The Connectors." By Nature they enjoy lining people up with services they need and desire. Seek these people out. Where do they exist in your area? Where are they hanging out?

The point of this lesson is to truly embody the feeling of having cultivated a lead or leads and making them stick. Really feeling the success happening to you in the present here and now. Reminding yourself you are effective in all you are doing and you are scaling those walls and making headway to success. Think as if you are riding a bicycle and you peddle really hard - so hard that the peddles slip out from under your feet. That's ok.... it's part of creating a cause and effect. We get stuck not allowing the effects to take root. Filling in these charts is simply the pure act of closeness for you in succeeding. It is a Mindful Way to to Be Present with the effects of the ripples you have been creating. As you conciously take your feet off the peddles, lean back in your seat on the bicycle....feel the breeze, let your feet dangle out wide, feel the looseness and centered trust....feel the glorious sense of movement beneath you that you created and notice how amazig it keeps moving from your momentum....Ride your effects this way...let your momentum happen and take you further....it's then at the slightest slow down we say to lean in agai, rest your feet on the peddles with a new faith and Keep Causing Success Momentum. You are making this happen. Enjoy the Experience of it with Grace and your buyers and sellers will feel you and want to be a willing participant. Willingness is key. You are shifting from Surviving to Thriving. Be Mindful in all you do.
Where did you do the Bicycle meditation?
I love riding my bike outside and feeling the air deep into my lungs. have fun with this meditation and dont take it too seriously. Let it meet you where you are. If you have some resistance show up. Take a piece of paper and simply write them out and let them go. Leave the story behind and keep it fresh... for the future to fill the space.
