What do you need to get unstuck?

 

First Pause....

 

Take out a piece of paper….and a pen.

#1 Rule about Thoughts…. “ Our thoughts are Just Thoughts” & mindfulness helps us to control our thinking and make it work for us and not against us…..Do you agree? hopefully that’s a strong “YES Mam!!!”

Lets keep this simple…..

What is 1 area your getting blocked around in this moment? Just 1 for right now.

What is it about this area that stops you? Don’t over assess….

observe…..

As you start to write out what this is, a feeling will begin to emerge in your body.

Take notice where that feeling is…

Now close your eyes….breathe

where is this feeling settling into your body? and focus there….

Now Notice….

notice the weight of this feeling on a scale of 1-10 - How overwhelmed does it make you feel?

details of where this feeling comes from don’t matter…You may get flashes of images or memories…anticipate them if you are truly doing this correctly….this is where Aha’s happen. trust those images.

This weight of the feeling that comes from where you feel stopped..… can you lessen its pull on you? right now as you breathe in - capture the feeling and then exhale out feeling as the breath exits your physical body so does the weight of this feeling -

Allow…..

allow yourself to expand its hold on you to a feeling of lighter and lighter….breath again exhale again slowly allowing more expansion loosening its hold - feel that…acknowledge and feel the loosening

decide this is just a choice to allow its power.

Decide Now that its time to live leaving this feeling behind

repeat these words “‘Its Time”— It’s time to live easier

and you are the only one who can give yourself permission to do this


sit in this new space of loosening and allow it take root in you as easy as inhaling and exhaling

the thoughts and images do not matter enough to uncover something deeper in them…your initial emotions are the most correct for right now and as the days ahead go by they will pop into your mind ever so slightly even more and while staying in the observer mode you will see them resolve all on their own. Anticipate them to let go of you as well….

Come back to this over and over as you need it……some days you may need to do it several times a day as I did.
